These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and gxgx ("gxgx," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of the gxgx online gaming platform accessible at gxgx.best and all associated services, games, promotional offers, and features.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one gxgx account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any balances across them forfeited.
When registering on gxgx, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. gxgx may request documentary proof to verify any information provided during registration or at any point during your account's active life.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gxgx account credentials. You must not share your password, PIN, or OTP with any other person. gxgx will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs through your own negligence in maintaining credential security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
One account per player. Trying to create duplicate accounts — even with different details — violates these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. Don't do it.
Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) will be required before gxgx processes any withdrawal. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of the payment method used. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. You can still play while verification is in progress, but withdrawals will be held until the process is complete.
gxgx accepts deposits via the following Philippine-native payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though gxgx may apply internal controls for anti-money laundering compliance purposes on unusually large deposits. All deposits are credited to your gxgx wallet instantly unless a specific payment provider experiences a processing delay outside of our control.
gxgx does not charge any fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers (such as GCash or your bank) may apply their own fees independently — these are not within gxgx's control and will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are your own, legally obtained money. gxgx is legally required to report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in accordance with Philippine law.
Deposits are instant for GCash and Maya under normal conditions. If a deposit doesn't reflect in your gxgx wallet within 10 minutes, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation and contact support@gxgx.best — we'll resolve it quickly.
Withdrawals from gxgx may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. This is a regulatory requirement designed to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised access to their funds. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — even family members' — are not permitted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though gxgx may apply enhanced review for unusually large individual withdrawal requests in compliance with our AML obligations.

When we make material changes — changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the operation of your account — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice through a notice posted on the gxgx platform and, where practical, an email to your registered address.
Changes that are purely administrative, reflect changes in applicable law, or relate to the introduction of new services that do not affect existing players' rights may take effect immediately.
